Our most popular puzzles are available for purchase online. Your
payment transaction will be securely handled through WorldPay (for
more information about WorldPay click
here). If you are a retailer wishing to purchase for re-sale,

Easy
Steps to Buying Online
STEP 1. Browse our Catalogue or
try our Quick Search to find a specific
design.
STEP
2. To select a puzzle for purchase click "Add to
Cart". The puzzle is added to your shopping cart and you
can continue to shop.
STEP
3. You can view your cart at any time by clicking on
the "View Cart" link at the top of the catalogue listing
page.You can also delete items from your cart and change the
quantity you require.
STEP
4. To calculate the freight go to your cart (via "View
Cart"), select your Destination and click Calculate.
STEP
5. To process your order click "Checkout".
You can then create a customer account (or log in to your exisiting
account).
STEP
6. You will then be asked to confirm your order and you
will be directed to WorldPay for a secure payment transaction.

Returns/Refunds
At George Luck's we inspect every puzzle by hand for quality. Wood
is a natural product and some variation in colour can be expected.
In many puzzles pieces are deliberately omitted as a design feature
to provide finger holes or to reveal the lower layers. If you have
any doubts please inspect the website photos carefully then email
us. Spare parts are available for a small fee should you loose a
piece.
If
for any reason the goods we deliver are not those ordered or they
are faulty please contact us stating the problem within 14 days
of receipt. We will then issue a returns number and then you must
send the puzzle to us at the address below within 14 days in its
original packaging or similar to avoid damage in transit. If the
puzzle was faulty or there was an error on our part we will refund
your initial payment and any postage incurred. If the goods are
returned for any other reason you will be responsible for the postage
costs.
We
will normally issue refunds within 10 working days.
